We will confirm everything prior to your event and you will have cell phone access to each driver as well as an emergency contact person at our office during your event.

The normal lead time for scheduling trips depends upon the type of event. Corporate events may be arranged anywhere from a few months to a few days in advance.  We understand that transportation needs may arise with little or no lead-time available.  We work with our clients to ensure that their needs are met, their anxiety alleviated, and that their event is a success!
