Thank you so much for providing such wonderful vehicles and drivers for the 50 third graders from Northview Accelerated Learning Academy. 

The trolley-type vehicles are SO much more exciting to ride than a bus-type vehicle.  And when we rode the Duquesne Incline, the children were able to relate the Molly’s Trolleys to the Incline cars! And each time we left a venue, many of the children asked if they were going to get to ride the trolley again-so they were actually looking forward to going from one place to another instead of not wanting to leave.  They felt important to be riding in something so unusual.

Thank you so much for helping us to teach the children about “Building Pride/Building Character” which was the theme of the day.

On Saturday, March 11th, Verizon sponsored the Pittsburgh St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Molly’s Trolleys provided us with two trolleys and drivers for the day. We wanted to drop a line to say thank you. Our event was fantastic and your team and trolleys helped make the day perfect. The drivers were professional and accommodating. We will not hesitate to use your company again for future events that we host.

Just a quick note to THANK YOU! For all your efforts in helping me with my group tour yesterday and all of our last minute changes. Yet again you’ve helped make our event a success.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful experience we had on our trolley tour.  It was a great experience and everyone who attended raved about what a great time they had.  This was thanks in part to your wonderful assistance in coordinating our day, along with our Tour Guide and his knowledge of Pittsburgh and the surrounding area.  There were a few girls who were not from this area and they came away with a greater appreciation of the history that makes Pittsburgh, well Pittsburgh! Even some of us born and raised in the area found out a few interesting facts that we did not know about our “hometown.”

I am writing this letter to tell you that your driver was absolutely fabulous.  It was a disgustingly dangerous evening, with rain, ice, snow and sleet, and just plain horrible driving conditions. Yet your driver was careful, considerate, friendly, helpful and wonderful to all of our guests.  He made a slight side trip to prevent one of us (me) from walking an extra eight blocks in that terrible ice storm and he dropped the remaining guests off at their hotel entrance (across from the very icy and wet street from their scheduled drop-off point).  He drove carefully, helped everyone get on the trolley safely; in short, his service was outstanding and I hope that you thank him for all of us.
